So, I’m sure all of you have noticed the huge off the shoulder top and dress craze that is sweeping the fashion world right now. I have to admit at first, I wasn’t a huge fan. But the trend is starting to grow on me.
I only have one draw back; I’m not super comfortable with exposing that much of my shoulders and back. So, I’ve come up with a solution for me ( and you, if you like ) that will help us be able to wear off the shoulder items and not feel like we’re exposing our whole chest and back. 😉
This method was discovered my moi one day while I was flipping through my clothes closet. I ran across a tank top I don’t wear very often for the reason that the top is so thin, I have to wear another tank under it to hide my bra. What’s the point? It happened to be right next to another top that could be worn off the shoulder and the idea just popped into my head.
Why not pair them together? I could wear off the shoulder and still feel covered at the same time. Win, win! And best of all, you don’t have to wear one of those awful strapless bras ( yuck! ).
So, go ahead and try the off the shoulder look and pair it with a tank top underneath if you like.
