Ok, so how many of you start your day off with so many plans and goals and by the end you realize you didn’t even accomplish half of them?
Yeah, me too.
I always have so many plans on the weekend and then once it gets here, I’ve either forgotten most of them or I just decide their not that important.
And then, there’s appointments. I can’t tell you how many appointments I forgotten or missed because I lost the card they were written on or just forgot what day it was.
So, you would think for someone who is so forgetful, I’d have a million and one notebooks keeping track of all my stuff.
I really wish that I could say I even write things down, but I just don’t make the effort.
So, when Tapinfluence asked me if I was interested in trying out the new Erin Condren life planner, you can imagine I jumped on the track. I mean, a planner that practically keeps track of everything you have to do, plus has so many extra little add-ons and are just pretty, is the most motivational thing ever, at least to me.
If something isn’t aesthetically pleasing, I’m completely de-motivated. Life planning is not something I’m great at, but it simply can’t be done with blahsay colors like black, beige, and brown ( the dreaded B trio ).
Erin Condren starts with a planner base you can customize; cover, spiral binding, and monogramming. You then move to the guts of the planner and add whatever clip-ins you want. They also have starter kits that include notebooks for things like budgeting ( another dreaded B word ) and fitness.
One of the clip-ins is great for grocery lists and jotting down notes you need to remember. And the clip-ins are laminated, so they can be erased and used again and again, one of the eco friendly aspects of the planner.
All in all, its an amazing little book. I’m going to be using mine at work to help me keep track of my blog posts and photography shoots along with shopping to-dos and errands to run around town. I’m so looking forward to having everything in one central location. And even though budgeting sounds super scary, I’m looking forward to keeping track of that too. Hopefully, this will make my life planning a little bit easier.
So, if I’ve peaked your interest, hop on over to the Erin Condren website and check it out for yourself.
